Fall Grounding: Aufguss + Himalayan Sound

Step into fall with a deeply grounding Aufguss experience combining heat, aromatherapy, breath, sound and stillness.

Elise will lead three sauna rituals using essential oils, snowballs and traditional towel-waving techniques, joined by Mary Boehnlein who will bring Himalayan singing bowls into the sauna for an immersive sound experience.

Expect a slower, more meditative evening designed to help you settle in, become present and reconnect as we move into a new season.

The experience includes three sauna rituals with cooling breaks between rounds, allowing time to rinse, plunge and reset before returning to the heat.
