Membership includes access during open hours to our cold plunges, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, common lounge area, and outdoor space. You’ll receive two fresh towels each visit, with additional towels available for a small fee.

You can sign up in person at the studio. Our team will walk you through the membership options, answer questions, and help you get started right away.

Yes. All memberships have a three-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, your membership will continue month-to-month unless you cancel.

Yes. We require a 30-day notice to cancel. Simply email us at team@elementalcoldplunge.com or notify a team member in person at the studio.

Yes. You may pause your membership for one full month or for two separate two-week periods within a 12-month cycle.

No. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual on the account.

Members enjoy discounted rates on workshops, special events, and retail purchases, as well as early access to select experiences.

Instead of traditional guest passes, we host Show Off Your Studio Days—special dates when members can bring a friend or family member for free to experience everything Elemental has to offer. It’s the perfect way to share your love for cold plunging, saunas, and community. We’ll announce these dates in advance so you can mark your calendar and invite someone to join in the experience.

For open plunge hours, reservations are not required. For guided classes or events, advance booking is recommended to secure your spot.
