About the event
Experience intentional practices designed to give back to you and return to yourself as the season changes.
Join us for an event in collaboration with Stacy & Connor Nelson of Welcome Home Wellbeing.
Experience separate men's/women's groups, time outdoors for each group, and a mini Aufguss session with Elise Free.
Snacks will be provided throughout each event.
Make it a full weekend and also participate in the Cacao Ceremony on Saturday. (Tickets purchased separately.)
