1-Hour Somatic Breathwork Class

Somatic Breathwork is an hour-long embodiment experience designed to help you release stress, trauma, emotions and pent-up energy from the body. It is a modality that utilizes your own breath to help shed the layers of yourself that no longer serve and allow you to tap into your body's innate healing ability.

The event is led by Leann Rafton, an Elemental cold plunge guide and Thermalist Method instructor who is also a certified somatic breathwork facilitator.

+ Avoid food 2 hours prior to the session.

+ Come to the session wearing light, breathable clothing.

+ Optional : Bring a journal, water bottle, blanket or pillow for additional comfort.
