About the event
Brad Beeson will be teaching Peace in Movement, a slow flow yoga class.
Students will be guided through a mindful flow of poses designed to cultivate awareness, release tension and enhance connection to the breath. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this class will help you nurture a sense of calm, balance and mental clarity.
Brad earned his 200 h our RYT certificate under teacher Lanie McManus in Feb of 2024. Prior to teaching yoga, Brad was a federal criminal prosecutor.
